1. Institutional commitment

Granfer maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards practices contrary to the law, business ethics and integrity in its relationships with employees, suppliers, clients and public entities.

This area brings together the main governance and conduct instruments for public consultation and to support internal control processes.

2. How it is organised

The compliance programme is based on rules of conduct, prevention mechanisms, reporting channels and monitoring processes with periodic review.

  • Whistleblowing Channel for responsible reporting of irregularities.
  • Measures to prevent corruption and conflicts of interest.
  • Monitoring and continuous improvement report.

3. Consultation and updates

Documents may be revised to reflect legal, operational and organisational developments. The version published in this section is the version in force.

Whenever necessary, Granfer may publish additional guidance to strengthen transparency, accountability and whistleblower protection.
