1. Purpose of the channel

The whistleblowing channel allows potentially irregular situations related to ethical conduct, legal compliance, fraud or corruption to be reported responsibly.

This mechanism exists to strengthen a culture of integrity, prevention and continuous improvement.

2. Situations that can be reported

Facts with consistent indications of infringement may be reported, namely in the areas of professional ethics, conflicts of interest, harassment, corruption, misappropriation of resources or manipulation of information.

  • Bribery, undue gifts or unauthorised advantages.
  • Documentary, accounting or operational fraud.
  • Serious breach of ethical and confidentiality duties.
  • Retaliation against employees who act in good faith.

3. How to submit

Reports must be submitted through the Granfer Group's secure portal, accessible via the 'Open secure portal' button at the top of this page. The platform allows confidential and, if preferred, anonymous submissions, issuing an access code so you can follow the status of your report.

To help with the assessment, please include context, approximate dates, people involved and available evidence, attaching supporting materials whenever possible.

4. Confidentiality and protection

Granfer handles reports confidentially, within legal limits, and applies measures to protect both the information and the identity of the whistleblower.

Retaliation against whistleblowers who act in good faith and on reasonable grounds will not be tolerated.

5. Handling of reports

Reports received are assessed by designated officers, with logging, triage, internal investigation when necessary and closure with appropriate corrective measures.

Whenever possible, feedback is provided to the whistleblower on the progress of the process, within the limits of confidentiality and data protection.
